Description:
You can create a new account on the Forge, and do everything (create projects and tools, vote on projects,tools, create and edit wiki pages), but once logged out, this new user cannot log in anymore.

How to repeat:
1. create a fake user
2. do something (create a project, a tool, a wiki page, vote on worklogs, 
   add tags)
3. log out
4. try to log in

Last week I could not login as user I created several months ago. Now i can login as such user and can not as user I created last week and today.

FIXED in r460-470.

The bug was actually in the Zend Framework.  We have found a workaround for now and I plan to submit a patch to Zend which fixes the issues found.
