Description:
I associated .mwb files with the program so that I'd be able to simply double-click the .mwb file in Windows explorer. When I do this, instead of opening the correct file, Workbench crashes with a dialog entitled "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library":

"This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

How to repeat:
Highly repeatable using the steps described above. The .mwb file is NOT corrupt, since it opens just fine if I launch Workbench, then manually open the .mwb file.

Suggested fix:
unknown.

Similar but not duplicate of bug 34849, since my crash occurs with a file having no embedded space, while bug 34849 was reported as being particular to embedded spaces in the filename.
