Description:
Sometimes, I am unable to shut down the workbench using either the cross, the File->Exit or the right click and close on the taskbar.

If I click any of these, the window stays open. However, the workbench does revert to the MySQL model page and if I then double-click the icon of the EER diagram I get an error message about an exception that was not handled. Unfortunately I do not have this error message copied, but next time the error occurs I will add it to my error report.

How to repeat:
Difficult to say. It doesn't seem to be an issue if I just open up Workbench and then close it down. Even if I load up the document and do something simple like add a column, this does not seem to cause it. As yet, I have been able to spot no pattern nor to recreate it intentionally.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Thank you for the bug report. I can't repeat with 5.0.14a on Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit.
