Description:
During unInstall one is asked to remove 'all' files, here is still the no longer used Apache mentioned:

Do you also want to remove all data, logs and other files in the Apache, MySQL and Tomcat instances under
'/data0/merlin/monitoring/1.3.0.8957/net-qa1/18080'?

How to repeat:
install and unInstall a server, e.g. on RH4 Linux

Suggested fix:
remove Apache from question as it is no longer part of the bundle

Noted in 2.0 changelog.

An uninstallation message asked about removing Apache files, even
though Apache is no longer used.
