Description:
It would be great if you could hold down either the CTRL or SHIFT key while clicking on objects on the canvas to select multiple objects. Currently the only way I can see is to drag a selection over them with the mouse, but they aren't always close together like that. This is a relatively standard convention used by most GUI applications.

How to repeat:
1. Click on table
2. Hold CTRL or SHIFT
3. Click another table

Focus will shift to the second table instead of adding the second to the selection

I accidently selected the wrong severity

Thank you for a reasonable feature request.

I don't understand, you can already select objects using control or shift.
Selected objects are shown with a blue ring around them (not the resize handles).

I've used both the software renderering and non software renderering versions, and both exhibit the same behaviour.

1. Click a table on the canvas

At this point you have a blue ring around that table as well as resize handles

2. Hold down either CTRL or SHIFT and then click on another table

At this point the blue ring AND resize handles move to the second table, deselecting the first table.

The only way that I can see to select multiple objects on the canvas is to drag a selection area over them using the mouse. But sometimes you don't want them all, or the area you need to select is too complicated to fit inside a simple rectangle.

Fix already released.
