Description:
If you edit your profile, click on the email address field, then press the "TAB" key on your keyboard and the cursor will jump to Display name, and if you keep pressing, it will jump back to Language

Fix the tab order of fields

same thing after home city, it goes to the SAVE button and then to Province/state

Fixed in r427.  Unfortunately, login broken right now as we wait for #web team to fix the central auth API... but the patch does fix the tab order...
