Can you provide instruction on how you arrived at that model? There's not much we can do without being able to find what made the model get to that state. For your specific case, I guess the best would be to export that model to SQL, create a new one, import the SQL and then drag/drop the tables to the canvas to start a clean diagram from scratch.

Already dumped the old diagram and working on new one. Didn't do any thing special. 1) Designed tables 2) pushed them to the database 3) changed the version of workbench 4) Ended up with Messed up diagram The only element i used that i havn't before was the layer functions. Everythings seems to be fine after rebuilding diagram. So would suggest if its just me then close it :).
