Description:
The "Add Table" icon disappears in the large icons view.

How to repeat:
Select the large icons view by clicking the left-most "icon view" icon. There is no "Add Table" icon.

Suggested fix:
Show the icon.

this was a bug in installer-skript (which simply omitted the big icons for the large icon views) and has been fixed.

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been addressed in the documentation. The updated documentation will appear on our website shortly, and will be included in the next release of the relevant products.
Added to the changelog for version 5.0.15.
