Description:
Error message for HA_ERR_RECORD_CHANGED is misleading.

How to repeat:
In the error log we get:
   "Got error 123 when reading table './test/district'"

123 is ambiguous with our perror kind of errors. For instance:

hakank@caneland:/data0/mysql> perror 123
OS error code 123:  No medium found

Could you please describe give steps to reproduce this error.
