Description:
A new GRT Inspector tab is created every time the GRT shell is opened.

How to repeat:
Open the GRT shell. Close the GRT shell. Notice that the GRT Inspector tab is still open, docked on the lower right. Open the GRT shell again. Another GRT Inspector tab is created, docked on the lower right. Repeat for the same effect. The new GRT Inspector tabs are blank, there is no "Member" or "Value" column.

Suggested fix:
Use the existing GRT Inspector or close this window when the GRT shell is closed.

A note has been added to the 5.15 changelog:

A new GRT Inspector tab would be created every time the GRT Shell was opened. In addition, manually closing the GRT Inspector and GRT Shell components would cause an exception.
