Description:
In WB, two relationships 

one from A to B
one from B to A

(over different columns )

will use the same route on the canvas, they are essentially printed over each other.

How to repeat:
Import attached script 
then create a new diagram 
then drag all tables a,b,c,d onto it
observe relationships use same route

Suggested fix:
IMO the best solution would be to 
- not make relationships take identical routes by default
- allow the user to drag the relationship in order to change the spot where it is attached to the table.

This is fixed by relationships being attached to the related columns.

fixed in 5.0.14 - changed contact-point to attach at the height of the according column
