Description:
In 5.1.22 the directory structure for libs and includes where:
mysql/lib
mysql/include

In 5.1.23 it is suddenly:
mysql/lib/mysql/
mysql/include/mysql/

This makes it very difficult for customers linking against 5.1.23 (and especially the ndbapi) since they have to change a lot in their build procedure

Because 5.1 still isn't released, this changes are not a bug.
