Description:
Add an extra type of user with MINIMAL VIEW only permissions, able to see information for a limited/configurable number of groups of servers. Perhaps make this the default merlin page. Great for monitoring systems visible to all (including management and non-technical people).

It's an idea that we like and have discussed a lot. Not sure about timing, but will add to the "consider this" list.

Read-only users with access only to specific groups/servers is part of FR bug #40450 , so I will mark this as duplicate.
