Description:
MySQL Proxy for Windows requires the runtime library msvcr71.dll, which is not included in the package for Win32.

How to repeat:
Install Proxy on a clean Windows environments and start it.

Suggested fix:
Add the runtime library msvcr71.dll to the proxy package for Win32

Thank you for the report.

Verified as described.

Workaround: google for msvcr71.dll, download and install it. Or just install MySQL GUI Tools which contain msvcr71.dll as well.

I've updated the documentation to reflect the requirement - you should be able to get the required DLL by installing the .NET Framework 1.1 or higher.
