Description:
I increased the page size so I could spread things out more, and when I did, I was unable to move the objects on the screen past the old page size boundaries. 

How to repeat:
Create a model. Put stuff in it. Resize it from A4 to B4. Try to move one of the tables past the edge. 

Suggested fix:
Allow me to place items on the new page. :)
