Description:
Clicking on Layers (aka Regions) imported from DBDesigner4 do not show up in the Properties Palette. The right mouse click on this Layer does not display the normal CUT/COPY/DELETE popup window. If you save this imported model, close the application and reload the saved *.mwb model the Layers and containing tables are missing from the canvas.

How to repeat:
Import attached file mysql-ambyx_5.7.xml. Click title area on the "Die Mapping Region" Layer. Observe the empty Properties Palette. Right mouse click on this Layer's title and observe no CUT/COPY/DELETE popup window. Save, close and reopen this model and observe The Layers and containing tables are missing from the canvas.

Suggested fix:
Correctly interpret DB4 regions as WB Layers.
