tested OK in 1.3.0.8896 - only en + jp shown - entries other than these 2 are rejected with error message: There has been an error. Invalid value "xx" for --installer-language. Allowed values are: en jp Use --help to get a list of valid options

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has been addressed in the documentation. The updated documentation will appear on our website shortly, and will be included in the next release of the relevant products. Added to the changelog for version 1.2/1.3.
