Description:
The application crashes after using the "Close Tab" menu option twice.

How to repeat:
Open the application and add another physical schemata tab. Open the "File" menu option and choose "Close Tab". repeat this operation. A file save dialogue box opens. Choose not to save the file. The application crashes. mdmp file and appcompat.txt file to follow.
