Description:
After I installed the package I click on the icon to start the application and get this error.

This application has failed to start because MSVCR70.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I did as follows and same error came up.

How to repeat:
Installing application again and clicking on applicatuion icon.

Suggested fix:
Missing dll that is needed by application.
