Description:
I have tested with a blank document and created a table and deleted it and this does not apply.

However a new document that had a sql script imported still refuses to show that a table has been deleted.

Once saved all tables that were deleted will disappear.

How to repeat:
Can't seem to repeat it.

I have trimmed the project file down to 2 tables and a view.

Hopefully this will allow you to see what has happened.
