Description:
The screen repaints frequently when doing any task in the diagram window, such as dragging the tables around or even just moving the mouse. The constant flicker is distracting.

This is with 1.86GHz Pentium and 2GB RAM. Occurs regardless of Software Rendering.

Suggested fix:
Remove some loops, optimize the screen repaint code, or offer a new 3 GHz processor and 4GB memory with every download.
