Description:
The Advisor rule name "CPUの使用が多すぎます" is inappropriate.

How to repeat:
Open the "CPU Usage Excessive" with Japanese locale.

Suggested fix:
"CPUの使用率が高すぎます" is much better.

Advisor bundles need updating on the enterprise.mysql.com website.  Andy will let us know when this has been done.
