Description:
I have this bug report http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=31120 that was changed to can't repeat. But I keep been able to repeat it. How can I provide more information or is there any way that someone else could try to replicate it as described?

Suggested fix:
provide an option to re-enable the bug as Open.
