Description:
The name of a check box (有効なMySQLホスト名またはIPアドレス) is forcefully word wrapped before the last two characters. 

How to repeat:
Start installation of the Agent and proceed to the 3rd dialog.

The top field name is truncated too. 
It should be "MySQL ホスト名またはIP アドレス"

Sorry it is not duplication. I return it to QA Testing.
It is not critical, but it is better to change line before "IP".
And "hostname" should be translated into "ホスト名".
I checked it with 8836.
