Description:
The 4th field name on the Repogitory Configuration dialog of Monitor installtion is truncated.

How to repeat:
Start the Monitor installation and proceed to the 4th dialog.

Suggested fix:
Shift the fields toward right enough.

I added the screenshot.
The message should be as follows.
"バンドルされた MySQL データベースポート"
(Bundled MySQL Database Port)
