Description:
On the Workbench Options "General" tab there is a check box labeled:
"Hide Features Missing in this Edition from Menus"

How to repeat:
Go to Tools -> Options and select the "General" tab.

Suggested fix:
Change to:

"Hide Menu Items not Applicable to this Edition"
