Description:
Help tables are not installed by mysql-enterprise-5.0.50sp1-linux-i686-glibc23 because the fill_help_tables.sql only contains a placeholder.

How to repeat:
[philips@philips share]$ cat fill_help_tables.sql
-- fill_help_tables.sql - this file is a placeholder to satisfy build dependencies -
-- it will be replaced with the appropriate content by the Boostrap script that
-- creates the official source distribution.
