Description:
When I create a new group with Japanese local setting, group name is not displayed on the browser. When I change the locale to English from Japanese, group name appears.

How to repeat:
- Start up merlin and access it via your browser.
- Set your locale to Japanese.
- Create a new group.

Group name is also blank on the Dashboard screen.

If it appears in English but not in Japanese then there simply may be a mis-use of the language bundle that needs debugging with respect to group names.
