Description:
It is possible to create two notes with the same name.

How to repeat:
On the 'MySQL Model' page double click the "Add Note" icon. This creates a note named "note". Go to the EER Diagram and add a note using the "Note" tool. This creates a note named "note1". Return to the 'Overview' page and create a new note. The default name is "note1". This can be particularly confusing when you select a note on the EER canvas and its properties show up in the 'Properties' palette and then change back to the 'MySQL Model' page -- you can see two different objects of (presumably) the same type with the same name.

Suggested fix:
Don't allow notes to have the same name.

This bug perhaps indicates a larger issue. Are notes added to the EER Diagram meant to be a different kind of object from notes added to the 'MySQL Model' page?
