Description:
when adding a note to a layer that is positioned near the left hand side of the schema diagram and subsequantly trying to move the note, it aligns itself to the left of the screen (rather than the left of the layer) and cuts off the begining of the note.

How to repeat:
Add layer near to the left side of the screen
add a note to the layer
try to move the note and it will act as described above

I can't reproduce this behaviour with Workbench OSS 5.0.10.
Please try it with this version.
