Description:
I have installed MySQL Administrator lastnight and I ran it today, and got this error of unavailable Dynamic Linked Library.

A required .DLL file, MSVCR70.DLL, was not found

How to repeat:
I dont know what to put here, but I think it occurs when I run the program.

Suggested fix:
There must be a link to download runtime library DLL files on the MySQL Administrator page. And defined in a single sentense, for windows 98 users. If possible, it must be added to FAQs.
