Description:
Clicking the lightning bolt icon in the database name editor disables propagation of a new database name.

How to repeat:
Open the database name editor and rename a database. Click the lightning bolt icon on the right of the database name text box. Doing this removes the icon. Close the editor and note that the database name has not changed in the "Physical Schemata" tab. Reopen the database name editor. Note that the editor shows the new name.
