Description:
The caption of the foreign key editor tab has the caption  "DbMysqlRelationshipEditor" - not the name of the foreign key.

How to repeat:
Right click a relationship. 
in the menu, choose "Edit relationship" 
See the caption of the tab of the editor

Suggested fix:
PLease use the name of the relationship as caption
