Description:
I don't know if it is really a bug or your design definitions.

I created two relationships between two tables but the workbench is displaying only one relationship.

How to repeat:
Create two tables, call one "Users" the other one call for
example "UsersFriends".
User columns:
Id
Name

UserFriends columns:
UserId - which is one relation reference to Users.Id
FriendUserId - which is the second relation reference to User.Id

check the workbench display, it doesn't show the two relations, only one.
