Description:
The Collation of schema is set, for example, at "cp1251 - cp1251_general_ci". I am execute: "File"->"Export"->"Forward Engineer SQL CREATE Script" or "File"->"Export"->"Forward Engineer SQL CREATE Script" and then the collation of schema is reset at "Server Default".
Sorry for my bad English. :)

How to repeat:
"File"->"New"
go to "Physical Schemata"
click right button of mouse under "Physical Schemata" ahd then select "Edit Schema..."
Set up collation of schema at "cp1251 - cp1251_general_ci"
"File"->"Export"->"Forward Engineer SQL CREATE Script"
and after you press "Finish" in dialog "Forward Engineer SQL CREATE Script"
the collation of schema is reset at "Server Default"
