Description:
hosting on 'localhost' under Vista IIS7 - on developement meachine -
Cannot view help file details - contents are shown - but help application says 'Navigation to the webpage was canceled' when trying to view details.

How to repeat:
open the mysql administrator - hosted locally - cick the 'help' menu - and then click 'help'

Thank you for the bug report. I wasn't able to repeat on my box Windows Vista
Ultimate, I attached a picture.

What would make the help file be UNABLE to show itself?
Is it a bad install?
Is it a permissions problem in Vista?

PROBLEM SOLVED.
for information - this was due to an automatic update in the SECURITY of Vista.

The USER has to right click the chm file and click the 'UNBLOCK' to be able to see the content of the help file.
