Description:
No Icon displayed for newly added script via 'Add Script' 

  WorkBench:   5.0.9 OSS (software Rendering)	
  OS:          Windows XP
  Hardware:                Intel(R) Pentium(R) M processor 1600MHz, 512 MB RAM

How to repeat:
Run  WorkBench 5.0.9 OSS (software Rendering)	

Double click on the 'Add Script' in the sql scripts pane  opens tab
for script 1.Close this tab open.

Double icon for the new script is displayed beside the 'Add Script' Icon

---> expected result would be to diplay an icon fro script1
