To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
How to repeat:
1. Open Workbench SE.
2. Add a table.
3. Click Database>Forward Engineer.
4. Click Detailed Selection for the Table Object.
5. Go to either the "Master Filter" or the filter for the table object and click the + sign.
6. When the pop up to add a filter shows up, don't enter anything and click OK.
You should see the unhanded exception.
Suggested fix:
Handle the exception. Don't let the user put an empty field in there.
