Description:
If you try to add a view (that isn't in the side bar) from View>Windows nothing happens.

How to repeat:
1. Open Workbench.
2. On the side bar, close "Navigator", "Layers" and "Catalog".
Only "Properties" and "History" should be left.
3. Go to View>Windows and select "Catalog"
   Nothing happens.
4. Repeat 3 with anything from that list that you don't have on the side bar.
   Won't show up.
5. Close "MySQL Mode" window.
6. Go to View>Overview and select "MySQL Model"
   The model window re-appears.
7. Go to View>Advanced and select "Output Window"
   The output window shows up.

As you can see, the side bar menus should be displayed once selected.

Suggested fix:
Make them popup if the don't exist.
