Description:
Date is always displayed as 31-12-1969 for "Document Properties"

How to repeat:
1. Open Workbench
2. Go to File>Document Properties
The date will show 31-12-1969 for "Created" and "Last Changed"
3. Change the name to something other then "New Model"
4. Add a table and save the model.
5. Close Workbench.
6. Open Workbench.
7. Open the previously mentioned Workbench model.
8. Go to File>Document Properties
The date will show 31-12-1969 for "Created" and "Last Changed", and the name will have the one you put in.

Suggested fix:
Correctly display the date.

Thank you for a bug report. Verified just as described (date was 01-01-1970 in my case, but it does not matter).
