Description:
Under Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition, MySQL Administrator fails to execute. The following error is generated: MySQL Administrator.exe - "Unable to Locate Component. This application has failed to start because MSVCR70.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
Reinstallation of the application was not successful. The same error was generated.

How to repeat:
Once installed,. simply execute the application and an error window will pop up indicating the above mentioned error.

Suggested fix:
Include MSVCR70.dll???

Thank you for your bug report. This issue has already been fixed
in the latest released version of that product, which you can download at 
http://www.mysql.com/downloads/
