Description:
msvcr70.dll does not get installed so that MySQLAdminstrator can find it.  I had to do a search of my C: drive, and place it in the C:\Windows directory.  Until I did this MySQLAdministrator failed with an error message, complaining that it can't find the file (msvcr70.dll).

How to repeat:
Maybe remove msvcr70.dll from your Windows directory and see if Administrator will install properly?
