Description:
When you add a host for monitoring inside of the replication status, it will never report that it is unavailable, even when the slave is shutdown.

How to repeat:
1. Setup replication and --report-host on the slave.
2. Enter Administrator and add the slave listed to the monitoring list.
3. Shutdown slave server that is being monitored.
4. Administrator doesn't seem to notice. (note: the server isn't listed in show slave status; anymore)

Suggested fix:
Make it notice when the server isn't up anymore.

Hi Harrison,
I was not able to repeat this behavior with version 1.02b - I always a get an access violation when switching to this tab. :)
However the bug does not show up in the current bk-tree.
