Description:
Most of the y-axis labels are showing as squares as are almost all of the legend items.  This appears to be linux specific.

How to repeat:
Install 1.3.0.8044 and accept all of the defaults.

Change the locale to Japanese and look at the graphs under the graphs tab.

This appears to be a hardware issue with net-dev3 so I am marking it not a bug.
