Description:
i have mysql 5.0.37 installed on windows 2003 and i have a .net application that connect to it. before 4 weeks every thing is work fine. but now every day when i check my application i found it not work.
when i check mysql windows service it seems work but when connect to mysql server it gives an error then i stop the service and when i need to start it.
message with port in use appear.
so i restart my computer.

How to repeat:
restart the server and wait.
