Description:
Currently, attempting to specify any of the form values in the bug reporting URL (eg: http://bugs.mysql.com/report.php?in[bug_type]=MySQL+Workbench+SE&in[os]=Microsoft+Windows)

will cause the form to be submitted. It would be nice if the site would just
pre-fill these values in the form without actually submitting it, unless the user has actually pressed Submit.
That would allow tools to have a "Report Bug" menu item which would open a 
bug report form with stuff like product, OS and version number all pre-filled.
