Description:
I ran into a problem concerning the post installation steps when I installed mysql-5.0.45-win32. After the install finished and I selected "Configure Now", the next few windows appeared really small as a taskbar preview window in Windows Vista Premium using the Aero color scheme. This didn't did allow me to view the following windows properly or configure the server.

How to repeat:
Just run the install in Windows Vista Home Premium.

Suggested fix:
I avoided this issue by turning off the Aero theme in the display settings by going to Personalize the Display/Window Color and Appearance/Open Classic appearance properties for more color options and applying the Windows Vista Basic color scheme before the installation.

I've experienced same issue on my Windows Vista Business 64bit edition when I tried to install mysql-5.0.45-winx64.zip. I've attached an image of last screen. I've gone past other screens of instance configuration by just hitting Enter but couldn't do that for that last screen as some input is expected. Didn't try resolving it by switching Aero off, I expect installation to work with Aero on.

Oddly enough, this happened only first time I tried to install MySQL. Tried twice again, uninstalling, removing all the files and installing, it worked well. Why first time installer manifested this strange behavior is a mystery.
