Assigned to: CPU Architecture:Any

Description:
When using a restore-from-backup with MySQL administrator (or using any other agent-utility that creates/recreates/copies a schemata as well as tables and indices wihtin schema) the restore fails unless the user is signed on as root. Only root can recreate the schema as well as tables within the schema.

How to repeat:
If signed on as a (non-root) user with all global priviledges enabled (i.e. create schema .... supposed to be equivalent to root), try to restore from backup into an install that does not already contain the schema you are restoring. A failure error occurs and the schema cannot be created.

Thank you for a problem report. Please, send your problematic schema. Does it have any SPs/triggers created as root?
