Description:
mysql_install_db looks for the scripts in /support-files that are located in the /share folder.  I have verified against 5.0.45 community and enterprise SAVF file installs.

How to repeat:
Installation on I5. 
attempt to run script mysql_install_db

Suggested fix:
Move the files to the correct folder in the SAVF file.

This issue was resolved via bug#28585 and was fixed in 5.0.48.
