I've now re-enabled the reCaptcha plugin for the Forge MediaWiki. I hope it helps! We will also perform some SQL magic to kill most of the spam at once. I will ask Jay to take care of that.

Jay, could you please do your magic once more? Thanks!

We've removed the spam, and the captcha is now installed/enabled. Keeping open, as we want to also ensure this is working in forge 2.0
